Congrats to Darrell Owens, Associate Medical Director of PC UWMC-NW

Induction into the Academy is a significant milestone in any nurse leader's career. All inductees will be recognized for their significant contributions to health and health care at the Academy's annual Health Policy Conference in October 2021.

Dr. Owens has enjoyed an extensive and distinguished career in palliative care and has also trained many physicians and nurses. He is currently the Associate Palliative Care Medical Director for UWMC-Northwest, and a clinical associate professor in Gerontology and Geriatric Medicine at the University of Washington.
